Commixtus is a comprehensive Rubber Compounding solution that caters for up to six(6) stage mixing with each stage having its own bill of material with calculated PPHR, Volume and SG and can be utilised for costing.

The system allows works orders to be loaded, and from these production scheduled, which includes the associated mixing/special instructions, weighing instructions as well as raw material requirements to meet the days scheduled production. Dependant on the defined mixer specifications, the system will calculate the number of batches to be produced to get the defined quantity, as well as the time needed to produce.
